„Beautiful, clean, and spacious. Great location to explore Bay City, Saginaw, and Frankenmuth. The property had everything we could need, even ziplocs to take our food home. Excellent stay. Recommend highly.“

„Great location for fishing!Needs more silverware would be the only negative, as we only had 4 forks and limited butter knives. Maybe we just didn’t look hard enough. Host was great and we would stay again.“

„It was a great place to stay while taking a weekend trip to Bay City! Very close to downtown, lots of space for a big group, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pups! The host was very attentive and I felt like we could have reached out if we needed anything. “

„Landed our boat just about four or five houses down pulled up and docked right next to the house was amazing got up in the morning and went out to the Bay, didn't catch any fish but had a good time the house was clean and very nice quiet neighborhood everything was here that we needed“

„I can’t begin to review how awesome this was. Exactly as depicted and crazy wildlife every morning and thru out the days. I stayed 2 nights and would go back in a second. Had great convo’s with Tracy. It’s impossible to express how easy she was do deal with and accommodating. You just have to go see for yourself. “

„I don't know this was absolutely perfect right within walking distance to everything and Frankenmuth downtown area quiet clean and equipped“

„We came with our children and grandchildren to go to the waterpark. This house was perfect instead of individual hotel rooms. It gave us the areas we needed to visit together when we were not at the waterpark.“

„My overall impression of this property was simply perfect. It was everything i was hoping for and then some. I would recommend this place anyone. “

„This is a top floor of the home. Please update the listing to include stairs.. We had a 3 years old and 2 stair wells where not gated off. We moved furniture to block the chance of him falling down them. other than the above….. GREAT HOME, GREAT Location, VERY clean, bathroom was amazing, great parking, weather was perfect didn’t need heat or A/C, owner gave us a nice wave! Thank you for a memorable stay!“

„We showed up and it was super cute, really easy to get into the property. Absolutely beautiful location. House was clean, inviting and looked so pretty. The layout of the house was perfect for the dogs crates since we took both out dogs. Everyone in my family was having such a a stressful end of year 2025 that this vacation and home made everyone so calm and we had an amazing 3 day vacation and great start to the new year!! We will definitely look into this property again over the summer and ...

„We had a wonderful long weekend at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Delicious coffee, toiletries, and even poop bags for my dog were provided. The washer and dryer worked great, and the backyard is large and fenced in. The house was very close to Birch Run and Frankenmuth with a Meijer about 5 minutes away. We didn't even use the upstairs, but it looked cute and cozy. One last note is that there are stairs to get to the laundry room and back door. “
