« Soon after we arrived and moved our stuff in, the A/C unit broke. It was over 100 degrees outside. The front desk attendant was courteous and helpful, but he was unable to fix it. He said there was no one he could call to help and they couldn’t move us to another room, so we packed up all of our things and found a different hotel that we ended up liking much better anyway. »

Upon entering the rental, we noticed the floor could have used a more thorough cleaning, but no big deal. « The stairs to the 2nd floor were scary to say the least. They were deteriorating one step had collapsed onto the other. I think people lived there. They were bbqing outside the door of the room. The charcoal smell came into my room. The room and staff were good. »

« Owl Hollow Enchanted Cottage was the perfect place for our stay! The Disney theme was so fun, my kids were entranced when we walked in. It was the perfect amount of space for our family and so much better than cramming into a hotel room together. Communication with the host was very friendly and efficient. « This cabin was so homey and had some great views of the Tushars! It is so close to the main slopes and makes it pretty close to ski in ski out (all you gotta do is cross the road and you are practically on a run).The cabin has all the amenities you could need and it is equipped with a super nice hot tub great for relaxing and recovering after a day on the slopes.
