« Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

« Our family loved this spot! We have kids age 14, 10, and 2 and there was plenty to do in the water and around the house for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! I really appreciate having plenty of the basics available-paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, linens/towels, etc. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! »

« Relaxing, quiet, no issues, best view ever, private… we could not ask for more and plan to visit again! We loved sitting on the porch at night watching the fireflies and seeing the clear night sky! »

« The property was huge and had immediate lake access to fish with the ramp not too far from the residence. It was perfect for our family and our friends to be able to relax and fellowship and still close to town to be able to grab what we needed. Great stay »

« It was a pleasure to venture away from the ordinary hotel experience and enjoy something special and unique. We were able to experience an almost treehouse sort of adventure together, but with the same amenities as a traditional hotel/home. We loved the loft with the skylight. Highly recommend. »

« Great house, plenty of room, wonderful screened porch for when it rained and believe me it rained. We come to play golf and enjoy the fact that there are many corses close by. Will stay again if available. »
