« Absolutely wonderful per usual. This location has the most welcoming and accommodating staff, and it has had me choosing the hotel for all my trips to Ames. I especially appreciate the cleaning crew and the front desk staff, including the always delightful woman who works during the week. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is always tasty and fresh. »

« Our room was clean and quiet. It was exactly what we needed. Hallways are clean and quiet as well. Construction was going on in the main lobby. Though it was clean and quiet as well. The pool area is very small, and the water was too cold to use. Breakfast had different options, so there was something for each of us. We would use this hotel again. Great spot for our college girl to get studing done while spending time with us. »

« Very clean! Hotel has been updated & every thing is very nice & fresh. Hotel staff was very accommodating when the TV, refrigerator & microwave wouldnât work. Someone had removed the adapter. The staff immediately moved us to another room across the hall. The usual breakfast which was as good as any. No charge for our dog. Will definitely stay there again »
