« There is no one at the front desk after 10pm, there is no room cleaning, if you need new towels or bed sheets you have to take them to the front desk and get new ones yourself, take out your own trash, no coffee pot in room, they did have coffee in the lobby 24 hours a day, no ice machine and kitchen in room no utensils or pans, with having to do everything yourself they should not charge as much »

« The shower was disgusting. I took a picture of it and showed it to the manager (he said that his name was Alexis, but he didn’t have on a name tag, so I am not sure that was his name). I told him that it looks like mold, he was more concerned with trying to defend that it wasn’t mold. It looked like mold to me and I have the pic to prove it. If it wasn’t mold, it should never have gotten dirty enough to look like mold »

« I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very nice and clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well taken care of. It was comfortable, well-maintained, and I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t like was the checkout experience. Checkout is at 11:00 AM, yet housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:30 AM to ask about my departure, which woke me up earlier than expected. It felt a bit rushed and could be improved by better...
