« The food was good. Everyone was very helpful if we needed anything. The only thing that we didn't care for was the bridge construction, which was not your fault. »

« Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing! »

« A great little spot to stay while we were in town! They thought of all the details to make the stay comfortable and the space was beautiful and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Will stay here again if we end up in Waverly, IA again! »

« What a charming place! The loft was quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Thoughtful touches and plenty of supplies made the stay very comfortable. Local boutiques are just a short walk away, and the view over the river was the icing on the cake. I stayed for about a week and it quickly felt like home. One note: it can be tricky to get an Uber or Lyft without a car, but Kris was very helpful in pointing me to a local taxi company. Thank you! I’d definitely love to stay here again the next...

« From the ease of checking in to the ease of checking out everything was great! The penthouse is gorgeous, immaculate, and so well equipped. The location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and more. The river views can't be beat. Waverly is a sweet town! We were in town from Virginia for a wedding and the penthouse we were so glad we chose the Penthouse! Excellent! »

« De l'eau entrait par le plafond de la chambre et un employé a eu du mal à nous reloger; cependant, un autre a pu le faire. Il y avait un gros trou dans la literie. À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »
