„We travelled from SE Wisconsin to Black Hills, SD and I wanted a place that would be an easy stop more than halfway to our destination. Just a place to sleep the night so we could easily get back up and going the next morning. Many people recommended we look in Mitchell, SD, however I found this lodge instead. It was about 30min further on our trip, and considerably more affordable! Better yet, it was a more fitting accommodation for our family of 5, offering 3 comfortably sized beds in one ...

„Property manager was helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Had a bird cleaning room, freezer for birds and dog wash. Lodge was an older type motel but was clean and worked well for us. There were additional bathrooms outside and a laundry which also helped.“

„The location is the real highlight of this stay—just a minute from the boat ramp at Platte Creek Recreation Area, which made it super convenient for our time on the water. The tiny home itself was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The owner is a really nice guy, very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a spot close to the river with easy boat access, this is a great choice!“
