« Pretty unique property in a calming remote area with rolling hills & wildlife. It looks to have some renovations taking place and could use more. Maybe the time of the year in the country or not knowing when the unit was occupied last…lots dead flies on the ground & many more in the bead rooms flying around?!?! However the value of the rental for number of people it can sleep is good vs the cost! The hosts were very responsive! »

« Small home in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home is very close to many launches. The people in the community are very warm and friendly with most very willing to talk and most will wave as you drive by. The home is only a block from the beautiful backwaters and watching the sunsets or the wildlife from a bench overlooking the river is very rewarding. »

« The location we had originally booked canceled our reservation due to selling property and issues with plumbing. Upon searching for something close we stumbled across this amazing property. « My Mom, Sister, Daughter, Niece and I spent a wonderful weekend here for Mother’s Day. We loved the location. As the listing says, there is noise from the trains, but earplugs were provided and it didn’t stop any of us from sleeping well. We enjoyed walking all over Alma to see the sights, enjoy the river, and local dining. Great little historical town, tons of character and charm, and friendly businesses.
