„Salt water pool is the big seller but it is in disrepair. Paint peeling and not hygienic. Definitely need a serious refresh. Staff is not friendly.“

„Breakfast was good. Some areas need more updating. Looks like it was a converted other property. One of the front desk woman was short tempered. Overall fine for the price.“

„It should be disclosed that this hotel is under renovation from damages incurred by a recent tornado. Pool was closed, Several 2nd floor rooms and hallway flooring is ripped up and are under construction. The one staff member (owner?) was very kind and responsive. He seems to be a one-man show. The breakfast offered is minimal at best.“

„Going through a remodel so a few messes were expected staff was very nice and accommodating“

„Grosses Zimmer mit allem was man braucht. Grosses Schwimbad und gutes wi-fi. Grosser Mall in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis“

„The rooms were clean and looked as if they had been recently renovated. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good for a hotel of this class. Excellent value for money.“

„They had dark roast coffee!! My room had a broken blind, but late night staff was super helpful. Breakfast is better than most- yummy mini scones!“

„Das Frühstück entsprach leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen.“

„Booking through a third-party agency, you have to be careful about the property fees. I suggest booking through the app but I also recommend that you contact the property so you can discover or prepare for additional cost that Expedia does not require you to pay. Overall, the concierge Matthew, had a lot of patience with me and helped me navigate through those costs so that might stay would be as pleasant as it was.“

„sehr freundliches Personal, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, sauber, ruhig, gute Lage in Nähe Einkaufmöglichkeiten Kino Restaurants“

„Our second time at this property. The room was spacious, the bathroom also. Walking distance to several restaurants.“

„Check in long process. Seemed unable to find reservation or know if room was ready. Three people were by computer for awhile not using English to discuss situation. I would have liked to know what they were discussing. There was no soap in shower dispenser. No one at desk when I left to comment on that. Credit card I used had transactions I did not make the next day.“

„We would recommend this property unreservedly. Our room, and the entire property grounds, was really clean. The breakfast that's included is the best one we've ever encountered in the U,S. The service was excellent. We just can't say enough about this Hilton hotel.“
