I mention this because I have mobility issues and want others with issues to know. There is a futon on the ground level. I would still highly recommend. One bath made it a little rough at times for 4 adults but managed. Communication was not the best. We didn’t see the number of the unit upon getting there so I text and they didn’t respond until the next day. Luckily we ended up finding the unit number. (our husbands were looking for it in our defense…it wasn’t THAT hard to see). “
