« Wonderful place! »

« The room didn’t look like the picture we originally purchased our room under. It looked a bit older and dated but it was pretty clean. The bathroom and jetted tub were very clean, as was the pool. The air conditioner worked great and the jetted tub was so relaxing. The breakfast is only available on weekends and is very minimal compared to other free breakfasts I’ve had but at this price point I can’t really complain. Had some fruit and SunnyD. There were two times where our key card stopped...

« My wife and I rented a castle for our 20th anniversary. We got the anniversary package and vow renewal package. When we arrived there was cake, champagne, and two engraved champagne glasses for us. The vow renewal the following day was very nice, they have a little chappel on the property with a waterfall for pictures. We left for dinner and when we returned there were tealight candles all areound the room and a rose as well as a copy of our vows on the bed plus more champagne and two more...

« The property is very dated and not is the most presentable condition. Our room smelled like fresh stain, floors were not level and floors very not clean. We had 2 nights booked and only stayed one night, We were unable to get a refund for the 2nd nights. »

« None of the pictures of the place are accurate to what the reality is, and the pool is padlocked so we couldn’t even use it. Love eureka springs though, it was worth it »

« The rooms were clean and up-to-date, the property was very impressive, very relaxing , had our own deck to drink coffee on in the morning, pool, sauna and hot tub were all very enjoyable, would definitely stay there again A+ »

« Slightly disappointed that the bike trail was not really in working order....doesn't look like its been ridden in years. Unfortunately the room don't look as good as the pics. Kitchenette was nice, however there was hair on the shower floor and the carpet under the beds looked dirty and stained. Pool was clean and nice. »

« Comfy beds, easy parking, nice pool, friendly staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. I was worried about Interstate noise, but it was not a problem. »

« It was very close to the road so we hear traffic, had trouble with keyless entry. Poor internet at that area of town, we will just be closer to town next time »
