« Super clean and charming island home. Bay( lagoon that leads to bay) to Gulf of America!The location of this property is absolutely perfect. The owner of the property was super responsive and communicative. Upon arrival we found a really clean and spacious rental. We especially loved the huge fridge! Normal sized fridges and 8 adults on an island is always problematic. No worries there! »

« The Salty Mermaid is a great place to stay on Little Gasparilla! It was exceptionally clean and very well appointed. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and sheets. The bathrooms were nice and clean, and the showers were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were a lot of towels in the house, but if you use them all, there is a washer and dryer included. There is a dining room with a table that seats 6 people. « This is our 3rd stay on Palm Island and it didn’t disappoint!! Carrie and Jay are the sweetest, most accommodating hosts EVER! « We snagged this property last minute as our previous rental through another company was cancelled. So happy we did! It’s a great place to stay with family- the separate apartments helped everyone have their own space and downtime. Everything was great with no complaints. We would definitely stay here again. »

NOISE PROBLEM

"The problem of this hôtel is the noise of the road to the bridge situated just near the room. We can sleep only from midnight to 4 Oclock AM otherwise the noise is terrible. I choose a room with view to the port which was not a good choice. We have not been informed about the noise prior to choose the room. "
