Access to the bunkhouse made our stay even nicer, with its larger bathrooms and shower, but honestly the amenities: grills and fire pits, convenient chairs and seating areas, meant that we didn’t want to leave the whole weekend! « We visited this property last year for a rare kid-free getaway and decided to make it an annual trip. It was just as great as I remembered! The location is incredibly private and quiet. « We had a great experience at the tiny home. Our boys (8 and 5) loved the separate loft space and everything was very clean and well organized. The kids especially enjoyed the game selection! We really appreciated the numerous different types of outdoor space, including the enclosed porch, the deck, and the outdoor fire pit and patio. « The cabin is a small, quaint place and can sleep four, but it was perfect for the two of us. The only privacy you have is if you go to the bathroom, the upstairs bedroom is a loft overlooking the downstairs. The lake is a small pond, but we enjoyed walking down to it several times. The location is about 45 minutes from everywhere, we went to Little River Canyon, Desoto Falls State Park, Cherokee Rock Gardens, and the shops in Mentone. We did not find a bad restaurant either, we only visited...
