„The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! “

„The property was in a great location to the places we needed to be. We were disappointed that there was 1 bath towel, no wash clothes and two hand towels for our use. The listing stated two bedrooms, it was one bedroom with a pull out sofa however stated the unit slept 5. There were no sharp knives in the unit. I normally carry a ton of items and have gotten out of the habit as these are things that should be standard items in the units. “

„My partner, myself, and our little dog absolutely loved our stay here while visiting my sister over Halloween weekend. Churchill is such a beautiful spot, especially during the fall season! „Check in was tough. We were led to the wrong apartment. The property owner did get back to me in less than 5 minutes, which was great! She said she will fix this issue. I would let others know that the property has a ton of stairs. Probably 20 once you get into the building and 10 inside the apartment. It’s beautiful wood flooring. But very slippery for elderly and dogs. I would also note that parking at a nearby lot was 25 a day. So for us- it costs 100 in parking (2 cars). This might be on the ...

„Fantastic cabin very close to town and boat ramps.Not 1 complaint ! The place is amazing with a pond and a large property. Interior has amazing woodwork. Very quiet, private, and secure.Gated entrance. We had 4 trucks with boats attached and fit in the driveway. Well lit areas for entertaining or in our case rigging rods and reels for fishing. This is a special place if you are coming to fish the James River. Just an all around perfect place. We will be back again next year !!“
