« The TV service in the room was a challenge, and worked when it wanted to. They were having issues with the elevators too. Also the temp control for the room was inconsistent.
It was nice to see the variety of dining options. All were very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The casino was very nice also. »

« We just stayed 1 night but it was a good one. The suite is big, functional, we could cook. It was clean and quite. Staff was kind and helpful. A good place to stay and discover the Tahquamenon falls ! Go to eat at the Inn, we had a good lunch »

« Being an historical building, we hoped for more. Seems like they tried to “upgrade” but fell short. Room was outdated and could use a total redo. Neither the bar or restaurant were open. This hotel’s past was art-deco and vibrant. Those days are gone. We hoped for more. »

« Property was decent and comfortable. The layout worked and added separation for two sleeping areas. The decor gave off a modern vibe. There was a lack of attention to the details though, leaving things looking unfinished. For example, the ice maker didn't make ice and there wasn't an alternative ice tray to make ice, one of the electrical outlet in the kitchen didn't work, and other small things. »
