« Property is under construction. Room was clean. Temperature was 93°, the room and it took 4 hours for it to go down to 80. Feel that they should have had rooms cooled for guests. You have to walk across the parking lot for breakfast, ice and the pool. Breakfast was disappointing. No eggs. But her was very old, almost discenigrated. At the hotel you had to call a phone number to get someone at the front desk. Again, room was fine and a good rate. Across street from Nutter Center. »

« I definitely recommend this hotel to stay if you’re in the Springfield area. Everyone working here has been very nice Including the manager except for one woman behind the desk where you check in at who has been rude and unnecessarily disrespectful. I have spoken to a few other people that stayed here and they agreed. »

« This establishment is in poor condition and need serious renovation. The only part that was clean was the bed sheets and towels. Carpet was extremely dirty (my yound son feet were black from dirt, bathroom was borderline with hole around the shower pommel and faucet. The bathtub mat has never been removed to be clean. Internet was not functional (despite the router being directly on the ceiling outside my door. The attending person did not care, restaurant was close. Nothing is Quality about...
