« Dawn answered any questions very quickly. The house is very nice and the wifi and pool were outstanding! »

« We loved the quiet neighborhood (though a train runs right by - but didn't really bother us). The views from everywhere out back and on the porch were very relaxing. We loved being able to throw the kayaks easily in the water. We went 1 or 2 times every day we were there. Had it been cooler we would have definitely enjoyed the fire pit. Amazingly enough there were little to no mosquitos or gnats which surprised us being right on the water. Great stay! »

« Beautiful property, owners made you feel like you were at home. They thought of the little things such as coffee Kpods, snacks and even s’mores. Quiet neighborhood, having the park right next door was a plus. Property close to everything restaurants, grocery stores etc. definitely worth staying. »

« Gene came to the rescue after a previous venue cancelled a reservation a week before the planned date.His house comfortably hosted all 20 of us.The cabinets and switches in the living room and kitchen area was all clearly marked.Beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed mattresses are larger than expected.The location was quiet yet convenient.Gene himself was very responsive as a host, answering all of our questions and concerns in a prompt manner.This is definitely a venue I would reserve again...

« Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back! »

« It was really cute. Everything was clean and organized, and the host was very up-front and communicative. Only thing I will say is that there are no windows so outside light to non-existent. Keep that in mind when booking! »

« This place is a perfect location. The hosts are outstanding! The place is very cute but I didn’t read the description careful & i felt the low ceilings were too much for me. I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. Overall, it was very well done, clean, quiet & a great location! We loved riding bikes around the area! »
