« Great location and very nice facility »

« I didn’t like that there was construction going on, on the property itself. But that being said, the completed part of the property was really nice. I visited during the early spring so the pool was closed. But it looked really nice. No chairs to sit around it though. Now, for the bad news! I’ll say this the staff was polite and all but, the first room they gave me already had someone in it. Luckily, they weren’t in the room at the time cause that would’ve been a situation I wouldn’t know how...

« Our room was dirty. There was trash in the room the bed had hair all over it. I paid extra to get the breakfast and didn’t even get to get any the 3 days we stayed. I left the staff know about the room and told them we’d be gone for a little bit so that way they could go in there they didn’t »

« I got a room there for Planet Con because it was really close to the convention. However I did not enjoy my stay because they did not have any handicap parking at the hotel. I had to pay for parking at the end of the block. I had to walk a long distance and that was extremely difficult due to my disability. »

« Clean room. Not so friendly staff. The italian resturaunt lady was very nice. They advertise a breakfast buffet which is why i chose this. My husband loves breakfast buffet. Its nothing more than a continental breakfast. Thursday morning food was dired out. Eggs hard. Pretty basic and never a change of choices either. We were there 4 days. Will stay elsewhere next time »

« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« It was just a over night stay but we had dinner at the restaurant inside of the hotel. It was very good but way overpriced »

« Clean room. Won some money at the casino too. Wish they had some events or clubs or something to make it fun it was boring. The walk was long to get food and stuff and no smoking rooms »
