« Pool and hot tub issues. Pool was cold and the hot tub was only warm. Very disappointing. »

« Hôtel très agréable, calme et propre. Le personnel très accueillant »

« The lobby, hallways and elevator had some wear-and-tear but my room was incredibly clean and welcoming. Slept very comfortably and enjoyed the free breakfast. »

« Nous avons dormi (si on peut dire sa ...)une nuit , musique et party dans les chambres , nois avons a peine dormi , l'eau coulais du plafond a cause de l'air conditionné du dessus ... Bref a évité! »

« We were in town for a Penn St. game. This is about as close as you are going to get to Happy Valley without paying $1,000 per night. So, consider it. Everything was great for our intended purpose. They did, however, give us the wrong room key when we checked in and walked in on someone else's room. Forturnately, the guests were not in the room. But, that did give cause for concern. They were very apologetic for the error. Just something worth noting. »

« Room was just okay and had a terrible odor (wet dog smell?) Water pressure was very intense and the tub fills with water and drains extremely slow. The pool heater was broken which is understandable but would have been nice to be told that when we checked in vs getting changed walking down and reading the sign. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee wasn't even hot. Staff acts like guests are a burden. »

« This place was sufficient for an overnight stay if you're on a budget. It is a very old property so you have to understand that from the start. Except for a minor issue that was quickly rectified by the staff, the room was clean and tidy. It is close to the highway but I didn't really even notice the noise. It's right nearby retail shops and so.e food options. There's a breakfast place right across the street and a Dunkin nearby. The manager was polite and helpful with my concern. I would stay...

« We enjoyed our stay here and it was easy to get into State College to enjoy the football game. Our room was very clean. The view from the room is also very beautiful. It's in a very small town so not a lot of amenities or options in the town but if you just need a place to stay outside of State College then this is a great option. »

« la chambre et salle de bain étaient propres, l'hôtel bien entretenu, l'emplacement pas loin de l'autoroute mais au calme est très pratique pour faire une halte lors d'un voyage. le personnel est serviable mais à la réception le soir en arrivant nous n'avions eu aucune information sur les horaires du check out ou du petit déjeuner. pensez donc à bien demander toutes les informations qui ne sont pas forcément données spontanément. »

« It's an older property. If you have pets it's great but it smells like pet deodorizer. Certainly needs a refresh »

« The rooms were clean. It is an old hotel so what you see outside is a little deceiving. The rooms were Quiet and comfortable. If that is what you want perfect! We wanted a good night's sleep and that is what we got. No amenities, but that isn't what we were looking for. We will definitely stay there again when we get back to the area. P.S. they actually have an Ice Machine that works. »

« A very nice old-fashioned bed and breakfast. Nothing was lacking & Shannon took good care of me. »

« Very friendly atmosphere and a super homemade breakfast »

« I needed a hotel room and used Expedia because I wasn't familiar with hotels available. The price implied a great reasonable room. I received multiple emails with the same instructions and a separate attachment which was too small to read, but wouldn't enlarge. Arrival was no earlier than 4 with office open til 5. Office was closed and lock box required code. It took 7 attempts to reach listed number, leaving call back requests...which never occurred. Three calls to management firm resulted...

« The room was comfortable the bed was nice. The common areas could be cleaner. The hallway carpet had paint stains on it. There were ants on the garbage can in the dining area. When we were there both elevators were not working. The front desk agent did not even bother to apologize for it and put us on the third floor even though she can clearly see we had two large suitcases with us. It was not fixed while we were there so we had to lug them up and down the stairs. In the morning when we...
