« The staff was in great spirits, helped with extra sheets and a pillow when we asked. They checked on us which was appreciated. The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying.
The mattress cover looked like there had been a massacre. We will not be back. »
