« Great little hidden gem! The views from the back deck are spectacular. My kids enjoyed watching for alligators every day, which we saw about every day! The birds decorating the trees at sunset were a sight to see. We always enjoy our visit at Edisto but staying here made it even better. The house could use some fixing up and the floors needed a good scrub, but we would definitely stay here again; that wouldn't stop us from renting here again. »

« We had a great stay at Only Young Once in Edisto Beach! The house was clean and comfortable, and the provided golf cart made getting to the beach (and hauling our gear) super easy. The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Would definitely stay here again! »

« We rented High Seas for our annual extended family beach week. We own a 7 bedroom house on the beach nearby so this was the overflow house and worked wonderfully in that capacity. I stayed at High Seas. It was clean and in great shape with lots of thoughtful touches. We definitely hope to stay there again next year! »

« We had an excellent time here. The house was perfect for the three generations of our family. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and toys, and the youngest toddler had plenty of room to safely roam about the living room. We enjoyed the covered screen porch with the ocean breeze where we read and played board games, or just talked while relaxing in the rocking chairs. The close proximity of the beach was a real hit with everyone. A short walk to enjoy the waves and sand was delightful. Loved...

« The space was perfect for the four of us and the location was really nice. The golf cart rental, bike rental, kayak tour, as well as a gift shop, bar, and a couple restaurants were within walking distance. The view from the balcony was beautiful in the morning and at night! Maureen was quick to respond to all my questions prior to our arrival, which was much appreciated. Would love to go back and stay in her place! »

« Great house layout with ample covered parking. House and grounds were great for dogs. Nice big rooms and plenty of space. Kitchen has everything. Bring bath mat or extra towel for shower floor. Porch is enclosed which is nice for kids and dogs. Clean with good WiFi. »
