„Centrally located hotel next to a park. Easy to get everywhere on foot. Comfortable place to sleep. The hotel manager MD is a charming person. He did everything to make our trip a pleasure. “

„Needed a place to stay for one night to attend a concert at Tanglewood (about 45 minutes away from The Alander by scenic back roads). The rooms are freshly renovated and vey clean and the setting is beautiful. Didn’t have a chance to try the attached restaurant. Will definitely stay there again.“

We had a slight hiccup at the beginning because we had not received the codes to access the building and our room, but that was remedied after a phone call. „Quaint room with lovely amenities such as bathrobes and slippers. Larger than a standard hotel room with a lot more charm.“

„The location of the property was excellent! The room we had was clean. Two things that were not good- there is no real kitchen area,(or area to gather outside of our room) it is in a small hallway by the back door and does not have a freezer or ice available. Our air conditioner did not work properly and woke us up throughout the night.“

„The «complimentary» wi-fi did not connect in room #6 (zero connection). Thankfully, we were allowed to change to room #3 with WiFi but also very loud music was heard from someone above all night! When I mentioned loud contionus music heard all night, the response from reception was «interesting» ? Luckily we weee checking out. This inn is in a decent location just beware if you need WiFi and/or are a lite sleeper!“
