« Room was clean. Staff Very nice and helped out with boat parking and ground floor room. »

« The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. »

« I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Alexander City property is infested with lady bug in the rooms. There was also no hot water during my weekend stay. My room also had no phone service. Others in my party experience the same issues. I did speak with the front desk which didn’t provide any solutions to the issues. They stated they were booked and couldn’t offer a different room. This property needs a major renovation. This is the most disappointing Hilton stay! »

« Room was filthy and old. Bed linen was soiled and we had to buy sheets and blankets. Outlets didn’t work, lamps were broken, mouse traps everywhere, fridge was from a horror show! I cannot express how dirty it was and how rundown! Owner looked unkempt. One star is generous »

« It was a great stay. I came up to put head stones on my fathers and brothers graves. The cottage took the edge off my feelings i felt really close to my wife, thank you. »

« We were in town for a wedding and realized pretty quickly that there wasn’t much of a nightlife in the area. But the house very quickly accommodated our needs with a great fire pit that allowed us to reconnect with old friends. The pool table in the basement made pool tournaments a great way to spend our evenings. Loved everything about the property and would stay there again if I have the opportunity to. »

« The house was recently renovated with all modern updates and conveniences. All beds and living spaces were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was stocked with lots of extras like coffees, clothes washing detergent and dryer sheets, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, dish washing detergent, just so many things! We were very comfortable during our extended stay in Clanton. »
