« This was a unique trip and holiday for my adult daughter and me. The cabins were clean and exactly as described on their website. We participated in most of the events offered and enjoyed interacting with and learning about the exotic animals. The staff is very knowledgeable; we were educated on many aspects of nature and wildlife. We went horseback riding twice and found it challenging yet enjoyable. We plan on returning someday, so our stay was top-notch for two nature and animal lovers. »

« Front desk manager was very kind and welcoming. Hotel is quiet and smells good when you enter the building. The rooms we were given smell a little like urine but I’m assuming because they’re pet friendly rooms. They look very clean just smell a little weird. »

« Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired. Cleanliness is pretty good. It was nice to have an indoor pool as it rained a few days during our trip. »
