« There was a problem with their reservation system so I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby for the clerck to do something. She was really nice and trying to fix it but it was bad to wait for so long . There should have a back up plan for such situation »

« Absolutely loved each and every employee we interacted with. They were all so welcoming and so sweet. The room was perfect for our family. The amenities worked for us perfectly. We had no issues with parking or rooms. The breakfast was delicious! The sweet lady that passes out different foods is the best! My children loved her and the front desk people. Everyone really was so kind to us. They answered any and all questions we had and made the whole stay smooth and easy. 100/100! »

« The hotel was clean and our stay was good. The only issue I had was that I made the reservation for a room with 2 queen beds, which it said slept 4 people. I put on the original reservation that there would be 3 adults, but another person decided to stay with us, which made 4 adults. When I checked in, the person at the desk said she would have to charge for the extra person, which turned out to be a little over $12. I was unaware that they charged per person. « This is an outstanding place to stay in the Ft Smith area. If you ride the Arkansas Missouri rail to Van Buren, it would be worth the Uber or car rental. Hosts are eager to communicate with you. You won’t be disappointed if you like drinking your morning coffee on the front porch of your private rustic but very comfortable log cabin. »

« Such a fun and secluded spot in a great location close to Devils Den State Park. The new turf that has been added to the area around the pond and the mini soccer field was an unexpected bonus that our kids really enjoyed. The kids enjoyed kayaking and fishing and playing games on the turf. We stayed two nights and once we checked in we only left for a couple of hours to go to Devils Den, otherwise, there was enough to do on the property that the kids didn't want to leave. « Cabin was very clean, host was accessible and quick to respond. While we did not have any children with us, this is a great place for kids to explore. We enjoyed the location, ability to take long walks, and the quiet, star-filled nights. No problem with WiFi as internet was easily accessed. »
