« Front desk was nice, seem to be having a rough day. Check out was non existent, at 830 am when I left the lobby was locked up and there was no staff available which was annoying bc I didn’t want them to think I hadn’t left, there was also no where to drop the keys off. Room was as advertised, did have to find the master switch by the door to make the lights work. There was no hand soap or dish washing soap so I’m glad I didn’t end up cooking bc I wouldn’t have been able to properly wash the...

« The Sleep by Numbers bed was broken, and the frame was so wobbly we couldn't use it. Effectively turning this into a one-bedroom. Additionally, we found used washcloths behind the bathroom door. The dishwasher was not secured to the countertop and pulled out when I tried to open the door to load it. I was unsure if it was operational, so I did not use it. There was also peeling paint from the ceiling and walls. This is a very nice area, but the property needs some maintenance. »

« What a great house to spend time in a quiet neighborhood relaxing. We had all we needed and plenty of extras so we didn’t have to buy paper products or spices. The house was so clean and the checkout process was very easy. Communication was excellent and responses were quickly received. No problems at all and we would so stay here again. »
