« There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

« We stayed here to celebrate a student’s big academic achievement, and let’s just say the celebration got a little wild—school spirit was in full effect! Despite the energy, the owners were incredibly understanding and professional. The property was spotless, well-kept, and you could tell they really care about maintaining a clean and safe space.
