« Nice property, clean! Its on well water. Could use some modern updates but overall a nice home to stay in. Bring a hair dryer. AC worked well as it was 95deg every day. Has hot tub but it was too hot for that. Id stay here again! »

« We had a great visit here. It is so spacious and so very well supplied for comfort and ease. Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! The location is so convenient to Ball State and fast to any other locations. »

It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time.
