„This space was perfect for my family of 4 visiting from IL to see the Field of Dreams Movie Site. It was so cute, VERY clean, and close to all the downtown stuff we wanted to visit. Perfect walking distance to breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, a brewery, the Basilica, etc. I am so glad we booked this space, it made our Dyersville trip such a great experience! “

„The house had everything it described, was very spacious and clean. The major downside was NO Wi-Fi that was a surprise ad never said it had it but in 2025 I guess you just automatically assumed it would have it. We did have a situation with a wasp infestation but I contacted the owner and she had someone out within literally 20 minutes to take care of it. Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. „I coach a 13U, here for the weekend. You can see FOD from the home, half a mile away. We loved the place for informal little stops by other parents and players between games and obligations. Tons of lawn space to play catch or whiffle, grass was perfect. Used the grill and deck for a cookout, excellent.
