« Despite stating on their website that emotional support animals would be considered as welcomed to guests free of charge, when I arrived at the location, I was told no cats. They said any other type of emotional support animal would be allowed, including fish, guinea pigs rabbits but not cats. I had already paid and did not get a refund because on their website.
