« A delightful place. Having the lake to ourselves with magnificent views plus a property that has plenty to keep everyone active--including the very active 4 year old in our group--was amazing. Do note that the downstairs bathroom has narrow doors so mobility impaired people may not be able to access it without assistance. »

« We had a great time at the cabin! It was the perfect escape from the city. The view was gorgeous, and the cabin had everything we needed. We also tried to use the canoe but the padlock is stuck, it might be rusted/need to be replaced. Otherwise everything was perfect! »

« 2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night! »

« We loved staying here. Originally our plan was to explore the area but we loved the house so much, how comfortable it was, how beautiful, that we found it hard to actually motivate to leave. The kitchen has everything you could want and we enjoyed the hot tub, the state of the art speakers, the multiple board games , the large tvs, the books and the arcade games. There is a cute town with a coffee shop and multiple restaurants just a few blocks down the road. Communication was extremely easy and...

« We loved our stay at the Carriage House. Patrick and Kathryn were wonderful hosts. They provided information in a timely manner, and were quick to respond to any questions. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable and well appointed, and Patrick and Kathryn included truly thoughtful touches. The location was perfect for exploring Croton-on-Hudson and the Hudson Valley. We'd love to come back! »

« This was our second stay and we had another great stay. The check in was great, location is fantastic and house is clean and quiet. We would love to come back. »

« Loved the place! Very nice location in the woods, with no visible neighbors and a barely visible road through the trees. Plenty of space both inside and out on the decks. AC works great with multiple nice mini-splits. Easy to get to the nearby towns. Opus 40 down the road can't be missed, it's incredible. »

« My husband and I stayed at Big Sky in May 2025. It is a nice little apartment with a great view from the screened porch. So close to the town of Woodstock and other attractions in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. We plan on returning in the fall! »
