« Great central location for visits to UK, Ky Horse Farm and Keeneland. Host very responsive. Cabin was unique & the book about the renovation was awesome. Stairs are quirky (and slippery ) definitely pack slippers. Enjoyed the early morning walks (behind the cabin by the Baptist church) to visit the neighborhood horses. »

« Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great. »

« We reserved this home for a few days to prospect possible homes to buy in Kentucky. Then right before our trip horrible weather hit. There were warnings about severe flooding, extreme heat, possible tornados and thunderstorms. The governor even declared a state of emergency for flooding. We quickly decided to cancel our stay. « This place is great. Location is nice and close to downtown, clean, well stocked, etc. The speakeasy below was not an issue at all. We used the white-noise maker in the bedroom, but it wasn't necessary. Parking is perfect, it's about 2 steps to unload the car and get into the place. Jack Brown burger place is right down the road. If you haven't been there, go there. Get the sauce. You're welcome. As always .... the test is -- would I stay there again, and recommend ... Yes and Yes. »
