« This property was comfortable and clean. We had a lakeside room, which had a beautiful view. Unfortunately, we weren't there on a sunny day, when I'm sure the view is even better. The breakfast was excellent. There are so few actual BandBs anymore, it's a delight when we find one. »

« Overall, this was a decent place to stay and it was clean and comfortable enough for our trip. However, the listing was not accurate in a couple of important ways. It advertised Wi-Fi, but there was no internet available during our stay. It also stated there was a garage for parking, but there wasn’t one. If those amenities are important to you, be aware that the listing may not match what is actually provided. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay. »

« The location is great room cozy. Beds are very soft and springy. Downside is you have no control over the heat temperature. Regulated elsewhere. Luckily I brought a small fan with me. The WiFi did not work after the first night. Not able to get a response from management »

« Great place to spend the weekend! Clean and just enough room for our family of 4. My kids were very amused that the cabins were located right on the WI/MI boarder. We had to walk across the bridge several times. My boys also loved fishing in the river behind the property. We had a great stay and would come back again. »

« Perfect stay and top tier accommodations! The property is absolutely gorgeous and every detail was so thoughtful. The bedrooms each had a fan and a space heater. The pillows/sheets/towels were all very soft. The beds were comfy. There was a nice booklet with information on all the area restaurants, complete with menus and specialities. We really appreciated the lake toys, as well. »

« The property was a bit difficult to find, so be sure to follow the owner's instructions. We had plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 kids. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor had closets but the loft did not. The living room was comfy, deck was nice with furniture and propane fire. I expected iron water, being in iron country, but there was good water pressure with clean (filtered) soft water. We were hoping the house would have been a bit closer to the ATV trails, so expect to do some road riding to...

« We had a wonderful family reunion—my relatives kept commenting on how nice the place was and how calm/peaceful West Lake was… we also bring our boat for fishing and water skiing, and this is a nice dock with electrical hookup available for trolling motor—also close to boat launch. This is our 2nd stay here and we would not hesitate to come back! »
