« The welcome was not great, with the staff on the phone for 5 minutes while not even acknowledging us. We got the room key, ran an errand and came back to find that the room was not made, no linens, dirty and undone. The night staff was lovely, however and found us anothe room, clean and comfortable. I would have given her 5 stars, but the poor management, sorry room, and lack of respect for clients at the welcome was bad. »

« This hotel was nice except the parking which was a pain to bring in luggage because you have to walk up and down ramps and go on two elevators which was annoying. I also didn’t like that they gave a $10 voucher to use at the hotel but charge to the room. Just take the $10 off the room. That was weird. The room was nice though. »

« Overall our stay was fantastic! The staff were super welcoming and everything was very clean. The only problem we had was the bed and pillows. The mattress is very firm and the pillows have very little support. The room also felt very warm even though we had the thermostat at 67. We would still recommend this hotel to others! »
