« Our group comes for the Christmas shopping. It's convenient and close to the Premium outlet stores and is a good base for the additional shopping we do. We stay at the hotel rather than go back and forth from home. Breakfast availability helps save time looking for places to go. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. »

All the staff that we encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. They even got us out of a jam when we needed a corkscrew for our wine. The drive into Herman was not an issue at all and we have already talked about wanting to come back. »
