« We arrived 15 minutes after check-in time- no one was at the desk so we looked around for staff and found no one. We called the business number and ended up leaving a message, but didn't receive a call-back until 30 minutes later. At that point in time we had already moved on to find another motel. We called back later that evening and the owner/manager apologized and refunded our room charges. »

« My wife, son, his fiance, and I stayed there for two nights as we visited Lake McConaughy. It was a great place to stay and made this a wonderful family vacation. Very clean and homey with everything you need. Excellent communication abilities with the Host. Would highly recommend this place to others. »

« The house was perfect for our visit to see the sandhill cranes. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was stocked with everything that anyone would ever need. All the bathroom amminities were also provided, as well as plenty of extra blankets. Proximity to the old bridge was a bonus for excellent crane viewing. We would definitely stay here again. »

« We had a great time at Lake Mac last weekend. The house is compact, but had everything we needed. I appreciated the extra touches like having kids shampoo available, plenty of laundry detergent, and a very well stocked kitchen. The only thing that I would suggest is to make it clearer where the "beach" access is located and that it is seasonal - the lake was only at 45% capacity when we were there, so we had to drive to the beach access in North Shore. »

« Home was great! Updated and large open floor plan compared to a lot of the other homes around Lake Mac. Easy drive to the nearby beach or 15 mins down the road to the Lemoyne boat ramp. I won’t lie that there was a decent amount of train noise but that comes with everywhere on the north side of the lake. Overall great spot to stay with the family with plenty of room to cook! »

« Incredible property, knowing what we know now we could have spent days there with our youth group. We booked it to accommodate our kids and leader for 1 night as we headed to rocky mountain ymca. Awesome place thou!! »

« House was what saved our weekend. Fishing sucked. Nothing open with in 40 miles. We hit the grocery store and the house had the rest of the supplies. Access was a little difficult for us crippled guys boat parking was limited. Other than that great house! »
