„We were so excited to try this new place. We will not recommend it to anyone. Here were the issues: 1. We never received the email with check-in info. I emailed requesting it, no response. We did not have a number until we arrived and another guest had the owner’s number. 2. VRBO states the site has a hot tub. Nope. 3. „The property was a great fit for the group that we had. The house had great accommodations, bathrooms, beds, etc., along with the porch/covering in the front of the house. The view of the lake and location to the marina was superb as well. Overall, worth every penny.“

„We wanted a house with a garage so we didn’t have to unload the car for TTU move-in. The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would have made it better was if it were closer to campus, but well worth it to not have to unload and reload for a night.“

„We stayed at this location to celebrate my wife’s doctorate graduation from TTU with family and we had a wonderful stay. The owner was attentive to our needs l, for example, the propane for the grill was out and she delivered a new one within an hour. The house is spacious and easily accommodated our party of 10. Would recommend this location when visiting Lubbock. “
