„The property was clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was excellent.“

„This is an older property . First I want to say how kind and sweet the ladies that work there were . I felt very welcome . Our room was the best it possibly could be for the age of the motel . The beds and bedding were comfy and clean . Plenty of towels and everything you could need . Blow dryer , iron , fridge , TV etc . Went to breakfast on the late side and the lady apologized that there wasn’t much there . But there was eggs and sausage pancakes cereal yogurt. Just the pastry type items ...

„Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it.“

„The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.“

„The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.“

„This was a nice place to stay for our trip to Benton. The main bed was very soft and comfy. The second bedroom was very warm and had to keep doors open to get the AC to the room. But enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area. “
