„The staff were very warm and welcoming upon arrival. Our suite was spacious and clean with all the essentials. The view of the harbour was beautiful and we could see the sun rise to the east over the lake each morning. The pool and hot tub area was spacious and clean and the kids really enjoyed their time there. „Check in was not good for a same day rental.
Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already.
The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a ...

„The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine.
A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else.
Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work.

„The pictures shown on the expedia plattform as well as parts of the discreption did not match the apartment. After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment.
