« This cabin was perfect for my weekend solo writing retreat. Maximum coziness (I appreciated the hot chocolate, popcorn, and ice cream) on two chilly fall nights. Jacki and Chris were extraordinarily welcoming. I woke up early after my first night to watch the sun rise and walk through the stand of trees on the property and also enjoyed the paved trail around Dannebrog to Hannibal's Woods nature trail (recommended by the hosts in the listing). « Very nice place to call our home base while exploring the area. We spent a considerable amount of time in Gibbon, Kearney and Grand Island. Very cozy and we loved the big farm dogs!! The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. They only thing would be anybody sleeping in the living room (teenage son) heard the interstate noise most of the night. »
