„Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. „We spent a week at Thatcher Mill House and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Tammy Hass, our host, was very friendly, and the Thatcher Mill house was just as lovely as she was. She certainly thought of everything to make our stay at the house pleasant. „We came, three friends, to Chattanooga to see Les Mis, an incredible show. We loved staying here. It was a perfect location. The living room was very comfortable a great dining room, nice kitchen, two bedrooms that were comfortable. Nothing fancy but perfect for the price. Front porch definitely needs some help. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The communication with the owner was fabulous.“

„Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy.“

„This home is for you if you want an excellent location to Lookout Mountain, downtown, and hiking northwest of the city. The bungalow was very clean, well appointed with everything we needed, in a quiet, safe area. It speaks volumes that we did not need to contact the property owner a single time! “

„Sehr gute Lage um Sport zu treiben. Schöne Wanderwege und Kletterspots. Ebenso Laufen, freies schwimmen im Community Center. Es hat uns sehr gut in St. Elmo gefallen.“

„Had a great stay in Chattanooga. Lots of bars and restaurants close by and convenient to downtown. Loud music at night from one of the bars but it didn’t bother us with the floor fan going. Nice to stay somewhere that the owner takes such good care of. We would definitely stay here again. Shower is a bit small and the cookware could use updating - everything else is perfect. Highly recommend!“
