« First our room had a very strong sent of bleach after the second day the smell was gone. In certain areas of the hotel towards the far ends of the hallway, you can smell the musty mildew. They use diffusers with a great sent I can only imagine to cover the musty mildew smell. The staff is awesome; the amenities are great. I will have to look into other hotels in the same area to see if they are compatible to this hotel for our next visit. »

From the moment we arrived, the property smelled fresh, clean, and welcoming. The room and bed were absolutely immaculate — honestly felt as if the hotel had just opened. Everything was pristine and beautifully maintained. What truly stood out was the level of service. Housekeeping came daily without us even having to call — changing trash, refreshing...

« Décevant, chambre très peu équipée ( pas de frigo, pas de micro-ondes, pas de rangement) salle de bain avec un lavabo de 40/50 cm et aucun plan pour poser les affaires. Toute la nuit un train klaxonne. Pas de salle de restaurant juste un bar pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner. »

« Clean Had a little problem with housecleaning but was taken care of immediately. Staff was friendly Advertising is false due to the fact you cannot walk from the pool straight to the beach. You have to walk from the pool across a 4 Lane Highway before you can go to the beach. »
