When we arrived, the property looked nothing like the photos. The building was dark, run-down, and clearly not in operation. There were no lights on, no staff, and a sign on the door stating that the “Countryside Inn is not associated with OYO or the past owners” and that anyone who booked online would need to contact ...

A shower that was not cold, or a bed that had the floor under it cleaned, a curtain not held together by safety pins, or creme cheese or butter for toast... all of these things would have been nice to have, but were not provided.“
