Had a bit of an issue with it being cold one night- you can't raise the temperature inside the unit and have to contact them to do it remotely, and we had gotten home quite late so suffered a little that night, thought there was an extra blanket in the unit that helped. When I contacted them the next day the raised the temperature for us and the next night was better. “

The location was extremely convenient for our needs, which made our trip much easier.Just be aware that you are greeted with steps leading to the second floor as soon as you enter, so guests should be comfortable with stairs.
