„Nice setup and clean, however, would have been more comfortable with a couch or something with higher backs in the living area. The 17 stairs going upstairs to the unit were not mentioned in the description, just glad we’re still able to climb them. “

„We came to the area from Washington State for our aunt's 100th birthday in nearby Knightstown. This home was perfect. My 85 year old mother found the bed very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. John was so responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this home to any family, and feel grateful there was such a nice place so close to the birthday party!“

„The firepit was great, with the stars at night and the solitude. The cabin was clean and had everything anyone would need. My wife and I have traveled all our time together 48 years. This was the best ever!!!!!. We will be back again. God Bless.“

„Lots of rooms & area to spread out (there were 22 of us!). Giant dining table for family meals and games. Beautiful large backyard with a fire pit. And an indoor pool. All which made for a great family reunion week. “

„My husband and I planned a bike trip on the Cardinal Greenway. This property was very conveniently located for getting to the trailheads. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was well suited for our needs. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the deck.“

„Five buddies got together for the weekend to go to the Indy 500. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. A little pricey, but that’s what we expected for the Indy 500 weekend.“

„We really enjoyed our brief stay. This peaceful location is just what our family and friend group needed. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The home was clean and well kept. Very cozy. The hosts were very receptive and shared perfect check in and out instructions.Also, a nice surprise was a small winery right next door. We walked right over and got a few bottles for dinner! Delicious.Would be a great relaxing location for a girls weekend with the fire pit ready to go in the backyard.“

The location is perfect if you are visiting Ball State and not too far away from the restaurants and stores. We came for graduation weekend and were happy to come back to a comfortable place after a long day of celebrating. „I wasn't expecting that a visit to my small hometown would end up being the nicest vacation stay I've had but it was. Walking distance to some fun restaurants and a great record store. Property itself was beautiful and well maintained in a renovated loft space. Lots of charm and attention to detail. This place makes me want to find reasons to visit Richmond more often!“

„This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this.
