« gorgeous place up in the woods. you wont see a neighbor or traffic. nice little brook out back with an excellent sound. Front porch rockin' chairs were a favorite. Franklin WV is 4 miles away with a few restaurants and groceries if you care. Kitchen was great and had all the necessary things. turn off all the lights and step outside at night and it is pitch black except for the stars. WIFI was very handy and TV had Samsung streaming apps. »

« This cabin was perfect for a quick weekend away. It had everything we needed from paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper (not the cheap kind either) to bottles of water in the refrigerator. It was extremely clean. The area was quiet. The only thing we regret is not being able to sit on the porch because it was too chilly. Would absolutely recommend. »

« Romantic weekend away and this cottage could not have been more perfect. Everything was as described. Beautiful sunrise into the cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub. Felt very safe and appreciated towels, soaps, coffees & tea. Only downside was the cleaning fee. »

« Location! Location! Location! Literally steps away from the ski hills! Room and amenities are somewhat dated, but comfortable. Internet was very poor, even for Snowshoe area. Could not regulate temperature of the room; stayed a bit too warm for us. Front bedroom could use blackout curtains to block out hallway lighting. All said, we would stay again as the Location is perfect! Thanks! »
