« We greatly enjoyed the cabin and the area. It was perfect to disconnect. The pictures don’t do justice of the cabin and the area. We enjoyed star gazing, walking on the property mowed path, lunch at the Amish store and just enjoying the birds and wildlife. »

« This house is everything it says it is. Out of the way but a great place to get together with friends and family to make new memories. It rained one of the days we’re there but that was fine because there was so much room and things provided in the house that we didn’t even notice! Management was excellent »

« Austin was a fantastic host - responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The videos of the property were super helpful and accurately reflected the space. Our group absolutely loved this unit - it was perfect for our weekend getaway to the 4848 Festival. By far, this has been our favorite place to stay at Snowshoe. Highly recommend! »

« Check in was very easy. The cabin is beautiful and quite. We planned this trip for our grandaughter who recently graduated high-school. She enjoyed it very much ! Warm Springs Pools are just 8 minutes away. My Wife and granddaughter did the 50 min soak and both felt incredibly refreshed afterwards. There are nice restaurants near by and we drove up to the waterfall on 220 about 35 minutes away. There is lots of hiking but we don't hike. We just sat on the porch and the back deck and enjoyed...

« This was the first place we ever stayed in Franklin/Riverton, and since then we've returned to the area every year. We stayed in this cabin for a second time, our first time traveling outside of winter, and the AC was able to keep the cabin cool on hot days.There is a lot to do in the area; Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob (Where the milky way is faintly visible at night, *very* visible with long-exposure), Solly Sods, the Fire Lookout Tower on Route 33, all within an hour drive.If you're thinking...

« Great spot, very cool cabin! Convenient to many great locations: Dolly Sods, Seneca Rocks, Spruce Knob etc. Only downside was that the neighbors down the road are a little loud. The gravel road in got a bit washed out in the storm, so 4WD is recommended »

« Loggers Run was the perfect place to spend a holiday with family. There was plenty of room for everyone! »

« We enjoyed our time at the Bears Den. We were looking to escape and relax and that was easily done here. A few notes: we were short on the number of bath towels initially but found the extra bath towels in the dryer. Unfortunately they had sat wet in the dryer and were musty-requiring washing before being used.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items for the most part but there were no pot holders which would have come in handy with the countertop oven—there was only one dish towel.
