« My husband and I really enjoyed staying here on a little fall break trip. The place was spotlessly clean and well stocked, and the hosts are very kind and were quick to make sure our stay was as perfect as it could be. « Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. « Everything was really nice. High end everything inside the cabin and very comfortable. It is very remote and we saw a bear when we were there. Hot tub clean, fun amenities. Cabin itself was great. Only feedback is that the damage deposit they charge at reservation was very high (1500) and took forever to get back. Maybe lower that deposit? »

« Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! »

« This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...

« Very nice place to stay. Animals every day around the cabin. Sit in the hot tub and watch them graze around. Had this group of bucks come 10 yards from me in the hot tub. »

« Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm. »
