„ When we walked in the front door you could smell an unpleasant mustiness. The bedding seemed clean, thankfully, but overall the place is not kept up and does not smell good. The staff was friendly enough, but the food wasn't worth eating, and the coffee was weak. We went to the downtown coffee shop for good coffee. “

„The tub in the room didn’t drain and there was hair in it. I stepped on an industrial staple on the ground of my room ,which sent me to urgent care. The hotel was listed as pet friendly but when I arrived I had to pay extra for a pet friendly room for my service dog, after the desk person said I needed to provide documentation for my service dog, which is illegal. There was something all over the walls around the sink. The extra top safety lock didn’t exist - like it was pulled off the door. “
