„Very Nice home, very clean loved the separated areas for kids and adults. All 3 levels had balconies. The host checked in with us to.make sure everything was good and we figured everything out. (Was very nice of her! ) At first our dog had difficulty with the spiral staircase but quickly overcame them . The teens were fascinated with the spiral staircases! Nice firepit and chairs to relax around . Overall great stay !“

„Great stay. Great price. Extremely clean. Couch wasn’t the most comfortable with the arm rests but it’s not the end of the world and the bed was a bit squeaky whenever you moved but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and easy to use tech for entering building and unit. Perfect location. I would definitely book with Kasa again. “

„So remote and quiet. Only thing I would change is the door locks make very audible noises at random intervals. Other than that it was pristine and amazing with a very nice vintage guitar in the lobby so I was granted the opportunity to play a real Fender! Would definitely be back“

„We had such a wonderful stay! The location and home were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts thought of everything, from having two types of coffee makers to beach toys and even an extra pack and play and high chair for the little ones. Every detail was carefully considered, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!“

„Had a wonderful fall weekend here! The place was so cozy inside! We loved sitting in the hot tub with the outside temperature so cold or just around the fire talking! The host was amazing This was probably my first rental with such an array of complimentary items! The bathroom was stocked with anything you could have forgotten and more(thankfully because I did forget something!) The coffee/k-cup/tea setup was great and loved the honey sticks! “

„Amazing vacation! The Main House plus 3 cabins gave ample space & privacy for our group of 20 babies & 4 dogs! The backyard is perfect for campfires & play area for the young ones. Being so close to the public street access was very convenient! Renting a pontoon from Go Fast made the vacation complete!! We’ll be back! Already booked for 2026! Thanks to Jeremy, Cathy & April (plus crew) for making our stay so memorable!“

„The house was exactly as described and exceeded expectations. It offered plenty of space both inside and out, with activities to keep all ages entertained. The bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable, even for adults. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with anything you could possibly need. A perfect stay for families or groups—we would definitely return!“
