„A quiet and relaxing stay on a beautiful property! We were met by 2 lovely and extremely well mannered labs. The chocolate lab even joined us on a walk to the dock. We stayed in a cabin and spent time on our deck listening to the birds. My Merlin Bird ID app picked up 30 different bird species! The pool was refreshing and we took advantage of that on 2 hot days. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We just wish our trip had been longer. “

We also loved being close to the Chester River, with such easy access to launch and dock our canoe. Finally, we also enjoyed visiting and dining in nearby Chestertown. “

„We had such a wonderful stay here. Close to the beach, bikes for exploring and getting to and fro, super clean and comfortable. The power went out during a storm for a couple hours on our last evening (unusual here), and Chris and Paul brought over a spectacular plate of cheese and crackers and other nibbles for us. So unexpected and so appreciated. They were super hosts throughout our stay. Would definitely return!“

„We enjoyed our stay so much. It was so private and quiet. It was also nice to be able to bike ride where ever we needed to go. It was perfect!! We plan on going back soon!!“

„Very nice little apartment with a separate entrance from the main house. It was furnished and decorated very nicely (it didn't feel like a generic rental but it wasn't so fancy you were afraid to use stuff). Comfortable bed, nice pillows, nice sheets. I loved the porch and garden (and occasional visits from their very cute dog).“

„Outrange is the kind of remote place we were looking for. Very private, clean rustic feel.Great access to the river and Ben provided kayaks for us to use. We also did a lot of walking on the property. Overall it was an A for us.“

„Just spent the weekend at Knot’s Landing and highly recommend it! The location is incredible with walk-ability to all of Main St and still close to the marina and the beach. The place was very clean and incredibly spacious. Check in and out was perfectly smooth and the host was responsive and helpful with the one question we had. 10/10 absolutely recommend!“
