« After we had to contact VRBO for check-in instructions, we finally heard from the host past check-in time. When we arrived at the property it was clear it had not been cleaned. After hours of trying to contact the host, with no luck, we were forced to find a new place to stay. Then we had to spend hours with VRBO for a full refund as the supervisor I was directed to told me that they don't do full refunds. HOW is that possible? We then were on our own, at 9:30 PM in a rural part of Virginia...

« Fantastic place, a nice view and in a secluded area. It had all the utenicils and cookware we needed for our meals, and everything else was stocked to last our large group through the week. Very comfortable and clean and we will be considering coming back. »

« Our family of four loved our stay at the Moss Side Manor house. The house was very comfortable and we loved the historic furnishings. The farm setting was very interesting. We saw the farm manager feeding the cows and he kindly gave us an impromptu lesson on the farm and area properties. The house was also close to several restaurants and a short drive to Williamsburg. All in all a great visit. Highly recommended. »
